We refuse the right to return items that not manufacturer defective. There will be a no return policy on all bulbs and lighting fixtures. All fragile items will be checked before leaving our warehouse and upon collection. If for some reason your item is broken after receiving in good condition from courier driver, we will not be exchanging or refunding. Products that are entitled to exchange must be brought in to our physical store.
